Who we are
This website is operated by TOTAL CHIPPER SOLUTIONS LLC (“Total Chipper Solutions”). Questions about this notice or your request can be sent to service@totalchippersolution.com.
What we collect
When you send a request we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, the type of request, and your description of the equipment or work needed, plus your company, email address, and equipment make or model if you choose to give them. To limit repeated submissions, the website briefly keeps your internet address in the server's memory. It is not saved or logged, and it is discarded within minutes.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your request. We do not use this form to add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell your information.
Who handles it
- Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard technical server logs.
- Resend delivers the request notification email.
- Microsoft 365 hosts the Total Chipper Solutions mailbox that receives the email.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics, or tracking tools.
How long we keep it
Request emails stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them to respond to and follow up on your request, and as ordinary business records. We may keep them longer where a legitimate business or legal reason requires it. Our email provider may keep delivery records for a limited time under its own settings.

You can ask us what we hold about your request, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to service@totalchippersolution.com. You can also call us at (954) 732-9183 or (786) 302-6524 instead of using the form.
